Furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, it is the perfect place to unwind with a drink while taking in the scenery.

Outside, the villa boasts several terraces with sun loungers, a dining area, a 25 m² private swimming pool and an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off on warm Mallorca days.
